Lacy is a Certified Hazardous Materials Manager and global executive. She has 25 years experience in the oil & gas and chemical industries. She has held multiple roles in health, safety and environmental leadership at Hexion, Baker Hughes, Hydril, and now Honeywell. Lacy grew up on the environmental compliance side of business and moved to the health and safety leadership. Her experiences include managing a global footprint, influencing in multiple cultures, and driving business improvement.  She holds a Bachelor's of Science and a Masters of Business Administration. She has been a member of American Chemistry Council, Synthetic Organic Chemical Manufacturers Association, and the Texas Association of Environmental Professionals. 

Michael is a Certified Safety Professional and a global executive with a Master’s degree in Business Administration with over 30 years of experience in Health, Safety, Environmental, Security, Quality,  Manufacturing, Petrochemical and Oil & Gas.  He has held previous roles at Union Carbide/Dow Chemical, Baker Hughes, Dresser-Rand/Siemens and now TEAM Industrial Services.  Michael's experience includes leading executive leadership teams, managing large global organizations, and conducting business improvement activities in various cultures worldwide.  His passion is implementation of QHSE programs to improve performances to improve performance.
